1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PULSE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PULSE provides a real-time persona inference engine for e-commerce platforms. Our services include:

  • •Product Digital Twin tagging and categorization
  • •Personalization APIs and integrations
  • •Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

  • •Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • •Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • •Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • •Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • •Inform your end users about data collection practices

4. Payment Terms

  • •Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • •Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
  • •All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • •We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • •Failure to pay may result in service suspension

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • •We may delete your data after a 30-day grace period
  • •You may request data export before termination

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PULSE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
